About LUXAVELA
We make a small number of handbags each season and try to make each one worth keeping.
Where we started
LUXAVELA was founded by two friends who kept replacing the same bag. One had a design background, the other had spent years in materials sourcing. The first Aurelia tote was made because neither could find a laptop bag that did not look like a laptop bag.
How we work
We produce in limited runs with a small group of ateliers, prototype every shape until it holds its form when loaded, and choose leathers for how they wear over years rather than how they look on a shelf. If a piece does not pass a season of real use, it does not launch.
What we will not do
No countdown timers, no invented scarcity, no reviews we wrote ourselves. If a bag is in stock, you can buy it. If it is not, we will say so.
