Withdrawal after download
Because the PDF is delivered immediately, you agree before payment that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is available. This is permitted under EU law for digital content.
When we always help
If the file is faulty, does not open, is not as described, or never reaches you, you are entitled to a fix or a refund. Disputes and refunds also remove download access.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
Paid twice by mistake? Contact us and we will refund the duplicate.
How to ask
Email info@luxavela.com with the email address you used and the date of purchase. Never send full card details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
