These terms and conditions (algemene voorwaarden) govern your use of the LUXAVELA store and any purchase you make through it.

The seller

LUXAVELA is operated by Safe transport en logistiek, KvK 87037149, VAT / BTW: [BTW-nummer volgt]. We are an online-only store with no physical visiting address. Contact: info@luxavela.com.

Ordering

By placing an order you make an offer to buy. The agreement takes effect when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, or payment cannot be verified.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers; the available methods, such as iDEAL and credit card, are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will always contact you first.

Delivery

We ship worldwide from partners in China, Japan and Europe. Delivery takes 2–3 weeks worldwide and stated times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Free worldwide shipping applies on orders over €150; otherwise the cost is shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the order. Depending on the case, the outcome is a refund or a store credit, processed within 21 days after we receive the item. The full procedure is described in our returns and refunds policy.

Warranty and liability

Every LUXAVELA piece is covered by the statutory conformity guarantee. Wear consistent with normal use is not a defect; manufacturing faults are. Our liability is limited to the order value, except where liability cannot be limited by law, including death, personal injury or intent.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
