Terms for digital ebooks
The agreement that applies when you buy a LUXAVELA ebook.
Who sells
Ebooks are created by LUXAVELA (Safe transport en logistiek · KvK 87037149 · BTW NL004348183B09 · info@luxavela.com). Payment is processed by Stripe’s affiliate Link, which acts as merchant of record and reseller, and also issues your receipt and handles VAT.
The product
The Fresh Girl Guide by Sera Lanes is an 80-page English PDF for €9.95 including VAT. It is digital only: nothing is shipped. The website language does not change the book language.
Order and delivery
The agreement is formed when your payment is confirmed. Your download then appears on your order page. Each link works for 10 minutes and you can create new links from that page for 30 days. Please save your PDF.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. Before paying, you are asked to explicitly agree that delivery starts immediately and to acknowledge that you lose this right once the download is available. Without that agreement you cannot complete the purchase. Keep a copy of the terms and your order page for your records.
Personal licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read the ebook. You may not resell, share, publish or upload the PDF or download links. All copyrights remain with LUXAVELA and Sera Lanes.

Faults and liability
If the file is faulty or not delivered, contact us and we will fix it or refund you, as required by law. Your statutory rights are never limited. Our liability is otherwise limited to the price paid, except for intent or gross negligence.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies, without removing protections of the law where you live. Please contact us first; If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may seek advice from a consumer organisation or take the matter to the competent court.
