We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners in China, Japan and Europe. Delivery takes 2–3 weeks worldwide. You receive tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Free worldwide shipping applies on orders over €150. Below that, standard shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return a bag?

Yes. You have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal to register a return after receiving your order. Depending on the case you receive a refund or a store credit, processed within 21 days after we receive the item.

How do I care for the leather?

Store the bag in its dust bag, keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, and wipe marks with a soft dry cloth. Avoid solvent-based cleaners.

Dimensions are listed on each product page. As a guide: the Aurelia tote fits a 14-inch laptop, the Elodie fits an A5 notebook, and the Vesper and Solene fit a phone, cards and a lipstick.
