Who we are
LUXAVELA is a trade name of Safe transport en logistiek · KvK 87037149 · BTW NL004348183B09 · info@luxavela.com. We operate online only and have no visiting address. We are the controller for the personal data described here.
Orders and payments
When you buy an ebook, payments are handled by Stripe and its affiliate Link (shown as LINK.COM on statements), which acts as reseller and processes your name, email, billing country and payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details. We store an order reference, amount, currency, payment status and time so we can deliver your PDF, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting duties (legally required retention: 7 years).
Downloads
Your PDF is stored privately. Download links are created only for verified paid orders and expire after 10 minutes. We do not track how you read the guide.
Newsletter
Only if you opt in, we store your email, language, consent and time. You can unsubscribe or ask for deletion at any time. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice. Stripe sets cookies needed for secure, fraud-protected payment. No advertising or optional analytics trackers are installed.
Processors and transfers
We use Lovable Cloud for hosting and data storage, and Stripe for payments. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing info@luxavela.com. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Please never send health details to us.
