Who is responsible

The LUXAVELA webshop is operated by Safe transport en logistiek, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 87037149. VAT / BTW: [BTW-nummer volgt]. We operate online only and have no physical visiting address. Questions about your data: info@luxavela.com.

Data we collect

• Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone number and order contents
• Payment data: processed by Shopify and the payment provider; we never see or store full card details
• Communication data: the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and contact-form messages you send us
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the store secure and working

Why we use it

We process personal data to fulfil your order (performance of a contract), to answer support requests and improve the store (legitimate interest), to send marketing email where you have subscribed (consent), and to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Third parties we share data with

We never sell personal data.

• Shopify — webshop, checkout and order management
• Payment providers — to process your payment (for example iDEAL and credit card)
• Fulfilment and shipping partners in China, Japan and Europe — to deliver your order
• Our email provider — order and newsletter email

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the cart, checkout, security and your language choice, and optional analytics cookies that are only set after you consent. See our cookie policy for the full list and how to change your choice.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for seven years to satisfy Dutch tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are deleted after two years.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or request a portable copy. Email info@luxavela.com and we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.
