LUXAVELA ships worldwide. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you order until your parcel arrives.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 2–3 weeks worldwide. We would rather set a realistic expectation than promise a date we cannot keep, so we do not advertise express delivery.
Where your order ships from
Our pieces are dispatched by fulfilment partners in China, Japan and Europe, depending on where the item is held. Because of this, delivery times can vary within the 2–3 week window, and an order with several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost.
Shipping costs
Free worldwide shipping applies on orders over €150. Below that threshold, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and always shown before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped you receive a tracking link by email. If tracking has not updated for several days, email info@luxavela.com and we will follow it up with the carrier for you.
Duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or local taxes charged by your customs authority. These are not included in the checkout price.
